Working out in a group with similar fitness goals is a motivational tool for many of our gym members in San Diego. Our group fitness classes include boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu. In addition, we also hold sparring classes and workshops designed to improve fighting technique and conditioning. If you’re just looking to focus on key areas to look your best, try our very popular Burn class, which includes intervals and strength training drills! Or give our Yoga class a try to increase flexibility and gain strength in underused muscles.
The Boxing Club also offers kids’ classes that focus on general fitness and conditioning, as well as some basic combat techniques.
